Please Note: Ordering the wrong size, model, or product is not eligible for a return. We strongly recommend double-checking your vehicle's make, model, and year, and carefully reviewing product specifications and fitment notes before placing your order.


3. Non-Returnable Items


For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:


· Opened or installed electrical components.

· Any software or digital products.

· Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."


4. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)


Step 1: Contact Us Within 10 Days

Do not ship the item back to us without authorization.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization (RMA)

If our support team approves your return request, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship the item. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.


Step 3: Ship the Item

You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us for verified defects or shipping damages.


5. Refund Process


· Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue.

· Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

· Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

· Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it is processed.
