This policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures. Please review it to understand when and how your order will be shipped.


1. Processing Time: In-Stock vs. Made-to-Order


· In-Stock Items: Most items on our site are kept in stock. These orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed.

· Made-to-Order / Printed-on-Demand Items: To minimize waste and keep our inventory efficient, some items are made specifically for your order. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

· For these custom items, please allow up to 10 business days for production before the item ships.

· Please plan accordingly and order these items well in advance if you have a specific deadline.


2. Combined Orders


If your order contains both In-Stock and Made-to-Order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are ready. We do this to save you from multiple shipping charges and to consolidate your items.


If you need an in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for it.


3. Shipping Carriers and Methods


We ship via reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier and service used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package.


· Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped via ground service.

· Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-Day Air, Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that these shipping times begin once the package is handed to the carrier after our processing time is complete.

· Small Decals and Stickers: For small, low-cost decals and stickers, we ship them in a standard envelope via USPS First-Class Mail without a tracking number. This helps us keep costs low for these items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged decals/stickers shipped via this method.


4. Shipping Timelines and Delivery Estimates


· Estimated Shipping Time: Each product page includes an estimated shipping time (e.g., "Ships in 1-3 days," "Ships in 5-10 business days"). This is our best estimate for how long it will take for your order to leave our warehouse.

· Delivery Estimates: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (exceptions noted above). The carrier is then responsible for the delivery timeline. The provided tracking information will give you the most accurate delivery date.

· Please Note: All delivery dates provided by us or the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, international customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Destinations


We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is available on certain items and will be shown in shipping menu.


6. Order Tracking


As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey (excluding decals/stickers shipped via envelope). You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy


You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
